Credit Card Landing Page
Stanford Federal Credit Union (SFCU) was looking to increase applications for their Stanford Alumni Credit Card. On the previous version of the website, there was confusion over how to apply because SFCU has two different processes for applying — one for people who are already credit union members and another for people who are not. The previous site presented these options as side-by-side calls to action, and SFCU found that users were confused about what they needed to be a member of in order to choose the "members apply" button (credit union member or alumni association member). SFCU also asked us to address the ease with which the website design could be 'messed up' when it was being edited in Wordpress.
My colleagues and I at Drum Agency solved these problems by creating one 'apply now' call to action which then launched a modal further explaining the two options so that users could identify the correct option for their situation. Additionally, the design was modernized and the site was rebuilt in Wordpress with an easier to update template.
